My father starts working nights again and I’m responsible for cooking dinner, but I have no idea what else to cook. I came up with Tuna casserole but I need more Ideas and recipes. Please Help. Thank you.

The foods we like are anything…like chicken, soul food, Italian and more. Anything will do. Recipes will help as well. Thanx again.

1 bell pepper, chopped (optional)

1 lb Velveeta cheese
salt and pepper

Cook noodles as directed on package, drain and place in a 9×13 baking dish. Brown ground beef with onion and bell pepper; salt and pepper to taste, drain grease. Stir into beef the tomato soup and cream of mushroom soup. Cut the Velveeta into small cubes and add to beef mixture. Cook over low-medium heat stirring continuously until the cheese is melted. Pour over noodles and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly..
