10…Turnip greens etc.? good but I prefer collard greens
Notice I have eaten and liked almost everything on the list. It depends on how it is prepared though. Never had caviar, the opportunity just never presented itself. What can I say, my mom’s folks are Cajun..we eat anything that don’t eat us first.
As far as the mustard w/sugar…yellow mustard mixed with brown sugar is…..brown mustard. Plus a few other bits of stuff but that’s mostly it.
Soul food? That’s just home cooking for me.. purple hulls peas w/ ham, chicken fried steak, mashed taters, gravy, corn bread…it’s all good.
*note: Just remembered…I wouldn’t call it caviar exactly but it’s just fish eggs..right? In that case, yes I tried ‘em they’re okay. I’ll try the real thing first chance I get.
